Manager Paid Media Marketing
Location:
Portugal, Spain, Bulgaria or Georgia.
Job purpose:
- The Paid Media Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, executing and reporting global paid ads strategy that is aimed at generating new prospects and advance existing opportunities for the commercial team.
- The Paid Media Marketing Manager leads and builds marketing plans consisting of multitouch, multidimensional programs including both inbound and outbound tactics as well as managing 3rd party vendors to meet pipeline requirements.
- The Paid Media Marketing Manager supports the ABM strategy in the successful execution of targeted marketing campaigns
Your Job
- Governance of Google Ads and LinkedIn ads and Facebook ads
- Together with other senior marketing leaders, you develop paid marketing strategies (e.g. Paid Social, Google Ads, Display, etc.) that are tailored to each specific client
- Allocate budgets and analyze and recommend modifications to ad spends
- Own and monitor data flows and integrations with CRM
- Consistently monitor and optimize ad campaigns based on datadriven insights
- Work very closely with our design and content teams to craft performance marketing ads
- Local Support for local campaigns
- Governance of SEO strategy
- Keywords definition
- SEO Auditing
- SEO Optimization
- SEO content strategy
- Paid campaigns and SEO reporting and ROI analysis
- Stay abreast of the latest changes in the world of performance marketing
Your Profile
- Minimum of 57 year's experience in a B2B marketing role
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or comparable education/experience.
- Proven track record executing innovative and multipart event and demand generation programs.
- Knowledge and prior usage of tools like LinkedIn Ad Manager, Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager
- Exposure to data visualization and reporting tools, such as Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, etc. is a plus
- Attention to detail and discipline to follow established policies and processes.
- Experience with targeting, segmentation and list acquisition to build prospect lists for demand lead campaigns.
- Strong understanding of how to use inbound marketing and content marketing to generate more qualified leads.
- Familiarity with the technical sales cycle and how to employ marketing communication strategies to nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growth is a plus
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English
