Your responsibilities and impact as a Research Associate will be:

As a Research Associate, you will be:

Supporting the development of a national or international search strategy and pre-select professionals
In active involvement of the search selection process (from evaluation to contract management)
A member of the European Researcher team
Identifying target companies and prospects using various resources including inhouse databases, associations and directories
Maintaining market information with web sites, trade journals and industry specific conferences for current and future searches
Ad hoc project administration duties
Participating in identifying Business opportunities

Requirements:

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree
You have 13 years of experience as Research Assistant/recruiter in an Executive search firm or in the recruitment industry
You are organized, structured and able to work under pressure
You are a dynamic, curious and adaptable person.
You have a great sense of responsibility
You have a entrepreneurial spirit with excellent communication and relationship skills
You are result oriented and attention to detail
You are fluent/native in German and English
