Our client is a rapidly growing international innovation company in the aesthetic sector.For their Global Client Onboarding Department, they are looking for a talented and experienced Global Account Manager who has experience in building strong long-term relationships.
You will be responsible for ensuring a high level of interaction with existing and prospective customers as well as build new processes to scale more efficiently.
Your responsibilities and impact as a Senior Global Client Onboarding Manager will be:
- Oversee the onboarding process for new clients (i.e) clinics
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive schedule for implementation and collaborate with the business development team to create appropriate materials for acquiring new clients (i.e) clinics
- Coordinate the implementation of specialized areas and work with commercial operations to establish efficient processes, systems, and anticipate future needs for successful clinic deployment
- Act as a liaison between Consumer BU teams and clinics/surgeons to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and ongoing support and communication as needed.
- Ensure a smooth and organized approach to onboarding new clients (i.e) clinics as we continue to grow rapidly.
- Establish new procedures to facilitate the global expansion
- Collaborate with various crossfunctional business units to define their roles in the onboarding of new regions and markets
- Monitor relevant metrics for datadriven decisionmaking: Conduct market analysis to gain better insights into the customer base and detect trends
Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- Over 8 years of experience working in a global capacity, involving various business units.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing multiple international markets.
- Familiarity with global markets and customeroriented digital strategies and systems
- Ability to establish strong, enduring strategic partnerships.
- Proficiency in business intelligence and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong presentation and communication abilities.
- Goaldriven and commercially oriented, with a focus on sales and relationship management.
- Patientcentric with a compassionate and empathetic approach to patients and clinics.
- Proven ability to work independently, embrace change, and exhibit cultural competence.
