Job Description:

We are looking for a technically skilled, highly motivated, and proactive Product Owner to join our team dedicated to building and maintaining our cutting-edge Customer Data Platform (CDP).

As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, deploying and optimizing the backend software infrastructure that powers our CDP, enabling seamless data processing and management.

Education & Professional QualificationsA degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field provides a solid foundation for understanding both business requirements and technical aspects.

Substantial experience in a product owner or related role, particularly in CDP and Data space, showcasing a track record of successful product management, feature prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration.

Knowledge / ExperienceIn-depth knowledge and experience in the design, development, rollout and operation of Customer Data Platforms (CDP) across multiple brands and geographies, understanding the intricacies of managing and utilizing customer data for business objectives.

Complex stakeholder management experience in a matrixed organization and in an ambiguous environment with negotiation and influencing skillsProven experience working within AGILE frameworks, particularly as a Product Owner, with a deep understanding of agile principles and the ability to drive iterative development cycles.

Demonstrated experience in end-to-end product management, from ideation to delivery, including defining requirements, creating user stories, and managing product backlogs.

Understanding of data governance principles, data security protocols, and regulatory compliance within the context of customer data, ensuring the CDP backend aligns with industry standards.

Proven ability to effectively communicate with and manage stakeholders at various levels, translating business requirements into actionable plans and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

NICE TO HAVEFamiliarity with data analytics and reporting tools, enabling the Product Owner to leverage data insights for informed decision-making and continuous improvement of the CDP.Familiarity with machine learning concepts for leveraging advanced analytics within the CDP backend.

Understanding of API design principles to facilitate seamless integration with the CDP backend.
Collaboration with data scientists to integrate predictive analytics into the CDP backend for enhanced customer insights.
