About the role
Reporting to the Customer Service Director, the resource will have the responsibility to:

  • Implement sales strategy and manage sales processes in order to consolidate and develop business results by achieving assigned budgeted results in the assigned areas;
  • Collaborate with internal departments to evaluate client requirements, while preparing commercial offers and defining, along with the Company, pricing, terms & conditions, negotiations and agreements;
  • Organizing with customers, agents and Volpak sales teams audit visits in order to generate additional Spare parts sales and improve longterm relationships with customers;
  • Planning Volpak technicians' visits in cooperation with our local representatives in Spain;
  • Promoting actively sales of training to Volpak customers, remote assistance tools;
  • Coordinating emergency calls related to remote service and Volpak technicians' interventions;
  • Manage Customer Service survey and monitoring of the results and implementation of an action plan.

What you need to be successful

  • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Mechatronic / Electromechanical engineering or related
  • At least from 3 to 5 years of experience in working in sales with packaging background or B to B sales experience;
  • Availability to travel (about 3040%)
  • Strong knowledge of English and Spanish language;
  • Will complete the profile: the ability to negotiate, manage conflicts, being resultoriented and team player.
