- Gestionar el programa anual de mantenimiento preventivo del Complejo.
- Coordinar y supervisar las tareas asignadas del equipo de mantenimiento.
- Gestionar los aspectos técnicos tanto del hotel como de eventos que se hagan en el mismo.
- Supervisar el estado de seguridad, mantenimiento y limpieza de las dependencias técnicas, entre otras.
- Experiencia previa mínima de 2 años como Jefe de Servicios Técnicos en hoteles de 4/5*.
- Experiencia liderando equipos.
- Formación relevante para el puesto.
- Alta capacidad de resolución, toma de decisiones y organización.
- Conocimientos de inglés.
