Team Intro

The integrated team plays a core role in designing the integrated marketing and promotion strategy for platform, end consumers and merchants and drive the business to success by win-win cooperation.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the planning and implementation of various types of offline activities in the target market, promote the implementation of projects from 01, and be responsible for the results. The types of activities include but are not limited to salons/summits/exhibitions/conferences, cobranding, city festivals, etc.;
  • Responsible for the creativity, planning, and implementation of advertisements in offline highfrequency activity venues for target groups, as well as effective evaluation;
  • Strengthen crossteam collaboration among products, PR, digital media, merchants, creators, etc., improve project operation efficiency, and amplify influence;
  • Sort out, integrate, and manage agent resources

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or above, majors in advertising, marketing, journalism, and other related majors are preferred;
  • More than 3 years of work experience and 13 years of relevant experience in advertising companies or media companies, with experience in organizing largescale events such as conferences or industry summits is preferred;
  • Strong ability to withstand pressure and communication, with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit;
  • Excellent breakthrough spirit, good at thinking, with the ability to take the initiative to propose optimization project suggestions besides the execution of regular activities;
  • Have keen insight into business and market, and have strong ability to collect demands/opportunities, research and interpret.
  • Familiar with TikTok and other contentbased platforms; experience in ecommerce is a plus.
