    The Job

    We are seeking a Junior Campaign and Marketing Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and improving campaigns, providing expert advice to customers, and driving sales growth.

    • Act as a trusted consultant onboarding new customers
    • Develop and optimize PPC campaigns
    • Understand customer needs and goals, and develop strategies to meet them
    • Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling
    • Handle high volumes of customer interactions via phone and email

    Your Qualifications

    To succeed in this role, you will need:

    • A native-level proficiency in German and fluency in English (B2)
    • 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communication
    • Excellent computer skills and problem-solving abilities
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a service-oriented approach
