General Responsibility:

We are looking for a Maintenance Programs Engineer. The jobholder main role is to support all the required activities in the field of Maintenance Programs Engineering.

Main tasks and responsibilities will include:

Perform and optimize MSG-3 analyses in order to identify/optimize Scheduled Maintenance Requirements.
MSI/SSI/ZIP creation and/or updates.
Collaborate between all internal areas (Systems, Structure & Zonal).
Analysis of aircraft design changes/modifications regarding the impact on the MSG3 analyses and MRBR (MFU
MOD Follow Up).
Perform customer analysis of scheduled and nonscheduled inservice maintenance data maintenance inspection reports for future intervals evolutions/escalations exercises for the Maintenance Review Board Report (MRBR):
Data processing to get the relevant information regarding schedule maintenance tasks
Data analysis to Identify and classify possible findings (defects) and nil findings (no defect)
Quantitative and qualitative analysis of the information reported
Elaboration of reports and presentations.
Technical Documentation Scrutiny/Analysis of Engineering Documentation (AD, AOT, SB, ADRL etc.) to identify possible impacts in the MRBR.

Required skills:

Educated to University degree level in Aeronautical Engineering or a related discipline.
At least 1 year of professional experience in the required domain in aeronautical sector.
English: negotiation level.
Advance Excel skills.
Good presentation skills, both oral and written.
Reporting and elaboration of presentations to the client.

Scheduled Maintenance Programs
MSG3 methodology
MRBR Process
Optima/Evolution exercises (Maintenance Program Optimization)
MFU (Modification Follow Up) process
Strong knowledge in Aircraft Maintenance
Good presentation skills, both oral and written
Reporting and elaboration of presentations to the client
A400M engineering and/or maintenance
Engineering knowledge of the following aircrafts would be a plus: CN235, C295, A330 MRTT/FSTA
