We are seeking a Logistics Specialist to join our team at Novogene-Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless logistics operations, providing proactive guidance to clients, and resolving any issues that may arise.

About the Role

• Provide clear sample shipment instructions to clients, including packaging standards and labeling requirements;
• Schedule on-demand pickup services for clients and coordinate with logistics providers;
• Monitor real-time status of client shipments from pickup through customs clearance and delivery;
• Proactively identify issues such as shipping delays or missing documentation and promptly resolve them with customs authorities and logistics providers;
• Ensure accurate documentation prior to shipment, including commercial invoices and packing lists;
