Tasks

  • Resolving IT challenges for our partners to ensure seamless office operations
  • Document and track interaction with a ticketing system
  • Collaborate closely with specialized teams, delegating complex issues to the right experts for swift resolution
  • Elevate customer satisfaction levels through proactive problemsolving and a dedication to excellence
  • Foster seamless communication within your team and across departments, ensuring everyone stays aligned and informed
