The BIM Acceleration Program in sunny Barcelona 2023


The BIM Acceleration program's ambition is to build strong sales professionals that will embrace the learning experience and want to contribute to Graitec's transformation and overall industry acceleration.


Overview:


Starting in October 2023, employees will be together in Barcelona growing skills - going through 4 different rotations and work/scope experience, supported by the manager, mentor, and executives sponsoring the program to graduate after 2 full years of completion.


  • You will start right away with tasks and be responsible for onboarding our customers to make their experience a success.
  • You will be an expert on one of our top products helping the BIM industry to design buildings faster, better, and smarter
  • You will be working for different market (countries)
  • You will be receiving full training on Understanding SAAS installation processes to assist customers with installation and activations.
  • After program graduation, employees can continue their path to customer success or move into any sales roles we have available globally.

Responsibilities:


  • 1 to 2 years of experience in Sales
  • Speak fluent English, at native level
  • Speak either Spanish, French, German or Italian to a professional level.

Qualifications:

  • Strong work ethic: Teamoriented, selfstarter, high energy, and resultsoriented
  • Ability to solve problems and think outside of the box to help customers overcome activation barriers
  • Skills to build partner/customer relationships over the phone
  • Strong empathy for customers and passion for Customer Success
  • Live in Barcelona or be willing to relocate

  • A panel of interviewers: Hiring manager, peers from Sales team and key stakeholders to the role/organization
