Marketing manager and Sales Manager

Location:
Madrid, San Fernando de Henares

Contract:
one-year temporary internship contract + permanent


Purpose

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator assists the local Sales & Marketing team on all marketing and sales-related activities within the region, in order to maximize brand and product awareness and enhance revenues and profits.


Activities and responsibilities

  • Implement local marketing tactics and campaigns, in collaboration with the local Marketing team and Product division team to achieve growth targets and support sales.
  • Follow up the ROI of campaigns using KPIs.
  • Support Sales and Marketing by running marketing and sales reports, and conducting research on the market.
  • Assist in producing, writing, and distributing sales and marketingrelated materials, like articles, presentations, white papers, website copy, and collateral.
  • Support in organising events, like seminars, promo meetings, and trade shows.
Collect and analyse customer feedback on events and find ways to continuously improve.

  • Provides administrative support for various tasks, like scheduling meetings, writing meeting minutes, etc.
  • Serves as liaison between advertising agencies, print suppliers, and other general services required and Medline.
  • Ensure local website content is up to date and propose improvements.
  • Assist in the development of promotional strategies and innovative products

Job Requirements

  • Have completed a Bachelor's degree preferably in marketing or business.
  • Fluent in English and native in Spanish
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Able to easily build relationships with internal and external partners
  • Good administrative and analytical skills
  • Good time management skills; able to set priorities and plan tasks accordingly
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Ability to achieve results in a fastpaced, changing, highly demanding environment
Availability for occasional travel
