(Senior) Talent Acquisition Partner - Hybrid:

Full-time, temporary position for 5 months, hybrid, based in Barcelona_

This role is in first instance to cover a maternity leave for 5 months. There might be an opportunity to stay longer if the opportunity arises. You will work in a Global team based in US, Costa Rica, India, Poland, Spain and the UK. Our two colleagues who are also based in Barcelona work in the office once a week. You can choose if you want to work 1 day a week in the office or more.

Develop relationships with hiring managers to build awareness of their departments and work together on finding the best match for the role
Be a creative thinker and bring continuous improvement to our recruiting brand

Adept at managing and prioritizing multiple projects
Excellent people skills, you like being the first point of contact for applicants and providing consultation to all levels of hiring managers about the recruitment process

International mindset, you like learning about recruiting in different countries and you adapt your hiring strategy per country you hire in
