As a ServiceNow Architect, you will drive the creation, design and continuous improvement of services, workflow & processes solutions on the ServiceNow platform to solve complex challenges end-to-end.
A ServiceNow Architect you will be involved in every aspect of the product development process, from brainstorming the next product innovation to development & QA.
You will be expected to utilize the full range of product design, interaction design, and visual design skills which you will combine with your deep technical understanding and professional experience to find the best solution.
In addition, you will help us to promote the use of the platform and develop our capabilities further.Mission and responsibilities:
Responsible for defining, constantly improving & maintaining the service & processes solutions.
Work with stakeholders & ServiceNow Team to find the best fitting solution & understanding their needs, managing stakeholders expected dates.
Supports product teams in defining goals, help with the day to day tasks, and metrics for Directors.
Encourages and holds up high standards of technical solutions, ensuring the best quality and aligned with the ServiceNow Best Practices.
Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related technical discipline.
Proven experience as Developer with the ServiceNow platform, specifically App Engine, and related modules. (At least 6 years of experience).
Being a teamplayer.
Experience with IT Service Management (e.g., ICT integration) and Process Automation in best practices for architecture and design of IT products.
Familiarity with Ideation and Storyboarding techniques.
Hands-on project experience working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs in a larger implementation context.
Knowledge about Software Development Lifecycle.
Good Verbal and written communication skills.
Strong conceptual, quantitative, problem solving and decision-making skills.
