Principal Accountabilities

  • Grow the business creating new opportunities in the Iberian market.
  • Develop sales and add new products to portfolio of products within the segment.
  • Manage and develop strong working relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Commercial acumen, achieve sales in a highly competitive market.
  • Continually seek new markets and sales opportunities.
  • Develop strong working relationships with the assigned principal(s).
  • Collaborate with rest of the sales team and customer service department.
  • Deliver a first class service to customers.
Key Skills

Education/Experience

  • 5 years of relevant experience in the B2B sales of coformulants and raw materials for Crop Protection and Crop Nutrition formulators.
  • Technical background (bachelor/ master degree) in Agronomic Engineering, Chemistry or similar.
  • Knowledge about regulatory framework of phytosanitary products and fertilizers.
  • Technical knowledge about the formulation of phytosanitary and nutritional products.
  • Excellent English language skills for negotiation with foreign suppliers.
Interpersonal skills

  • Selfmotivated to start up new initiatives to generate more sales.
  • Passion for selling and promoting Agro specialty products.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Efficient communication, influencing & negotiation skills.
  • Creative to develop new means to generate interest and fill the sales pipeline.
  • The ability to adapt to new requirements and have a flexible approach.
  • Innovative.
  • The drive to challenge yourself personally and develop new skills.
  • Motivated and enthusiastic selfstarter who can work in a team.
