- Continuous development of the Microsoft 365 core platform including identifying, evaluating, and deploying new platform capabilities, processes, and solutions to meet security and compliance requirements.
- Design, architect, implement and operate Microsoft 365 security and compliance controls that grow with emergin risks and fulfill SwissRe standards.
- Ensure best practise around risk management within the Digital Workplace
- Assist in third level support cases interfacing both with Microsoft and internal teams
- Drive operational excellence and automation, as well as security policy improvements with the Swiss Re security teams and internal partners.
- Support us to continuously improve our M365 platform, including creation of run books, training and knowledge transfer.
- Continuously upskill, improve procedures and share knowledge
- Expert knowledge of M365 platform and services, including related security and compliance capabilities such as Microsoft Purview and Defender toolset.
- Good working knowledge of Azure, Networking, Data management and development and automation skills.
- Understand underlying components in the space of Azure cloud, Identity and Access Management, Azure Active Directory as well as provisioning, authorization and authentication concepts

- Fluent English and good communication skills at all levels of the organisation
- Experience in a global, multi-national enterprise, preferably with experience in the insurance and financial sector.
