    Descripción del Trabajo

    El objetivo principal es proteger los bienes de la empresa y garantizar el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad. Es importante mantener relaciones de trabajo positivas con el equipo y apoyar a otros para lograr las metas comunes.

    Entre las responsabilidades se incluyen:

    • Obedecer todas las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad de la compañía.
    • Informar al gerente sobre accidentes, lesiones y condiciones de trabajo peligrosas.
    • Completar entrenamiento y certificaciones sobre seguridad.
    • Hablar con otras personas usando un lenguaje claro y profesional.
    • Mover, levantar, transportar, empujar, arrastrar y colocar sin ayuda objetos que pesen 50 libras (22,5 Kg) o menos.
    • Estar de pie, sentado o caminar durante períodos prolongados.
    • Alcanzar por encima de la cabeza y debajo de las rodillas, incluso agacharse, girar la cintura, arrastrar e inclinarse.
    • Efectuar otras tareas de trabajo razonables solicitadas por sus supervisores.

    Requisitos Físicos

    Para desempeñar este puesto, es necesario:

    • Capacidad para moverse en un entorno dinámico y trabajar en diferentes áreas del hotel.
    • Capacidad para sostener un ritmo de trabajo rápido y eficiente.
    • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y comunicarse efectivamente con otros.
