The HR Business Partner (HRBP) holds the lead HR role on site for partnering with business areas to enable the achievement of the business objectives through our people and talent.
The role focuses on tactical and delivery aspects of programs, policies & processes across all people areas such as performance management, succession planning, career development, compensation & benefits, employee relations and organization change interventions.
Supporting in the full employee life cycle.What your responsibilities will be:
Talent Management / Employee Experience
- Provides input and execute the Talent strategy for the business.
- Drives in line with global talent cycles (GPS, Talent Review, etc) & develops
leveraging people metrics/ dashboards.
HR Projects
- Initiating and driving local HR initiatives and projects to respond the demands of
- Give advice, support, and manage de deployment in other corporate/strategic
Management and Retention covering the entire employee experience journey.
Partner with business leaders on their opportunities and challenges
- Becoming a trusted partner, advising them on People's aspects while making
Employee labor relations
- Provides advisory opinions to managers and employees on workplace issues.
- Consults/educates on HR policies and programs to ensure consistent
- Provides employee relations support to front line managers including counsel on
