Key Responsibilities Include

  • Plan and implement health and safety policies and procedures for office and field based associates in compliance with local and Danaher rules and regulations.
  • Train company personnel on various Health and Safety policies and programs, including, but not limited to process safety management practices, fire prevention, personal protective equipment, regulations and standards, incident investigation.
  • Identify and implement correct measures to improve accident/injury rates and suggest/implement means to achieve injury prevention and risk reduction goals.
  • This position will be based in the Barcelona office.
  • Responsible to provide documents and information required to meet access requirements for technical assistance at customers' sites
  • Customer support when/where is needed to meet customer's expectations and Videojet service standard
  • Additional Customer service functions and team backup as required

Requirements For The Position Include

  • A technical qualification is desirable & highly valuable
  • Ideally beyond first junior EHS role
  • Has dealt with customers at all levels, particularly in manufacturing environments
  • Has worked in product / packaging / manufacturing sales environments
  • Company background in CPG (consumer packaged goods)
  • Customer focused and customer loyalty builder
  • Target oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office and good working knowledge of Excel, SFDC
  • English intermediate level, being advance desirable
  • Tenacious and able to work in a high intensity and ever changing working environment.
  • Experience in Occupational Safety

Las responsabilidades clave incluyen:

  • Planificar e implementar políticas y procedimientos de salud y seguridad para los asociados de oficina y de campo de conformidad con las normas y reglamentos locales y de Danaher.
  • Capacitar al personal de la empresa en diversas políticas y programas de salud y seguridad, incluidos, entre otros, prácticas de gestión de seguridad de procesos, prevención de incendios, equipo de protección personal, normas y estándares, investigación de incidentes.
  • Identificar e implementar medidas correctas para mejorar las tasas de accidentes/lesiones y sugerir/implementar medios para lograr los objetivos de prevención de lesiones y reducción de riesgos.
  • Este puesto tendrá su sede en la oficina de Barcelona.
  • Responsable de proporcionar los documentos y la información necesarios para cumplir con los requisitos de acceso a la asistencia técnica en los sitios de los clientes
  • Atención al cliente cuando y donde sea necesario para cumplir con las expectativas del cliente y el estándar de servicio de Videojet
  • Funciones adicionales de servicio al cliente y respaldo del equipo según sea necesario
