About the team

The Sales Development Executive for Customer Experience function plays a crucial role in the sales cycle and acts as a sparring partner for both - Marketing and Sales.

As a SDE your are responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities through outbound in target accounts.

For our customers you will act as a trusted advisor and will develop relationships with prospects, acting as the initial point of contact.

What you'll do:

SAP iXP Intern - Sales Development Executive with Arabic or English

Location:
Barcelona, Spain

Expected start date:
As soon as possible

Expected duration:
min. 6 months with possibilty of extension up to 1 year (student status needed)

In this role, you'll:

Learn how to generate incremental opportunities through social selling, strategic & targeted prospecting into companies
Manage opportunities to ensure a good transition to implementation and account development
Support handover of qualified opportunities to sales with high quality, ensuring the best customer experience
Qualify leads received from marketing or other organizations and nurture opportunities

Who you are:

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

You are currently pursuing your university degree, either Bachelor's or Master's
Language skills: excellent in Arabic or English, Spanish is a plus
Experience with high volume activity working environments, involving phone and a CRM / contact management system
Proven ability of working to targets in a sales environment
Understanding of business challenges facing a defined industry and line of business
Strong sales hunting skills
