DRP Planner - Job Purpose:

Ensure the optimized distribution of products from the central warehouse towards the different warehouses across a complex global market. This requires the experience to understand market demand and customer needs in order to best divide the production plan.

DRP Planner - Key Responsabilities:

Manage the supply and replenishments across the whole supply network & review mid term and long term outlook of the supply plan against resources and warehouse capacities.
Ensure consolidation of independent, dependent and distribution demand at SKU level.
Requirements inventory setting and DRP process management.
Inventory plan volume and value projection and warehouse/ logistics capacity planning.
Reviews logistics schedule adherence and drive improvement including optimization of truck load management.
Manage demand exceptions with Demand managers/planner, logistics and Supply Planning Manager.
Good understanding of production and distribution throughput times. Ensure replenishment policies are defined and maintained for all SKUs, considering, shipment restrictions, shipment calendar, etcincluding inventory stocking policies, safety stock levels on ERP system.

DRP Planner - About you:

University Education (e.g. Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics).
At least 12 years experience in Supply Planning in FMCG, Paint/Coating or Retail
Experience on Supply Planning in SAP and BI
Fluent and able to work in English. Understanding and sensitivity to different cultural behaviours.
Focused on results
Good problemsolving skills, able to identify and structure issues, run accurate analyses and synthesize recommendations
Strong desire to challenge and improve statusquo
