Role

As our
Salesforce Product Owner you will be involved in various projects and you will utilize your Salesforce expertise, applied commercial experience, problem-solving abilities, and creative flair to support, advise, design, build, deliver, and maintain our Salesforce ecosystem end to end.

You will own the roadmap and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

These will be some of your tasks:

Define and prioritize the Product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
Translate
business requirements into User Stories

Provide
Salesforce administration support for the Customer & Operations team

:

Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.

To collaborate with
UX/UI, developers and QA and the business stakeholders

:

-
Create epics and user stories, and prioritise the backlog in line with the product roadmap and business processes.

Be a part of the
design, development and testing process

Ensures that
continual product value is aligned with customer and business needs.

About you

Now, what are your other strengths?

+2,5 years of previous experience as a
Product Owner:

Experience doing
business analysis, requirements gathering, software testing, or support

:

Technical writing
:

-
Strong functional knowledge of Salesforce platform.
-
Positive attitude in fast-moving, pressurized environments
:

Demonstrated
Agile experience (Scrum or Kanban)

Good
communication & management skills

Knowledge of
JIRA and Confluence

:

-
Salesforce Admin Certification is required.
-
Agile Product Owner Certification, Scrum Master Certification or User Experience Design Certification is required.

What can you expect from our hiring process

1st step:

Cultural fit interview**
2nd step: Technical test

If the cultural fit interview goes well, we will invite you to move forward and solve a technical challenge based on your role and experience and assessed by our technical team.

3rd step:
Technical Interview with the team

After passing the technical test, it's time for a technical discussion around the exercise to better understand your skills and an introduction to the Tech Lead and other team members to give you a better idea of Nuvolar's team culture and so you can meet some potential future colleagues.
