    In this role you will design, modify and maintain electronic lab test benches for multiple programs within the Flight Test Department.

    You will act as Technical Manager for retrofit and maintenance of mission test benches and drive lab test means projects from requirements to delivery.

    You will coordinate specifications, supplier engagement, and configuration control while ensuring quality, cost and schedule. You'll collaborate with LTM operations and 2nd-level support to enable system evolution and robust verification.

    Compensaciones / Beneficios

    Design and manufacture development of new electronic test benches for various programs

    Act as Technical Manager for retrofit and maintenance of Mission test benches

    Capture requirements and specify, build and deliver lab test means and test solutions

    Manage specifications, supplier selection (where needed) and project management of subcontracted activities

    Oversee configuration control of aircraft equipment used on test means and related logistics

    Lead budget planning, tendering, architecture design and production with change management and PRCE activities

    Develop verification procedures and verify components and LTM items

    Coordinate commissioning, technical xcskxlj documentation and xugodme evolutions of Laboratory Test Means

    Collaborate with LTM operating & maintenance and 2nd level support

    Responsabilidades

    Degree in Engineering

    1–2 years in Lab Test Means design

    Experience in modification and maintenance of functional and software test benches

    Advanced English

    Awareness of compliance risks and integrity commitment
