What You'll Do:

Criteo is looking for a detail-oriented individual with Collections/Accounts Receivable experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Make daily collection calls
  • Conduct account research and analysis
  • Prepare and maintain various reports
  • Maintain accurate aging reports
  • Identify and escalate the necessary process adjustments
  • Send statement to outstanding customers
  • Reconcile A/R against customer payables
  • Interact with customers to resolve outstanding issues
  • Maintain dispute management process on related items
  • Properly identify, substantiate and manage credit balances where applicable
  • Ensure accuracy of writeoffs and settlements where applicable
  • Negotiate customer settlements and payment plans with the appropriate approval authority
  • Recommend accounts receivable for bad debt writeoff
  • Recommend accounts receivable for placement with third party collection agencies where applicable
  • Provide coaching sessions for collection analysts to answer their practical questions on how to organize their work and be more efficient.

Metrics:

  • Maintain overdue buckets within the threshold determined by the management
  • Individual cash targets as designated by management
  • Resolve clients requests impacting payments in agreed service levels

Who You Are:


  • High school diploma, or equivalent
  • Handson experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software (SAP)
  • Proficiency in English and MS Office.
  • Demonstrates a high level of customer service ability,
  • You have a keen eye for detail, with analytical skills,
  • You are able to work independently
  • You know how to communicate articulately and efficiently with other people within the company
  • Must have the ability to multitask in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
  • Must be a team player, committed to working in a quality environment.
  • Strong sense of urgency and problemsolving skills
