1. Operations Supervision: Monitoring brand standards, compliance with policies/procedures and implementation of efficient business practices.
2. Staff Management: Ensuring that the team is well-trained, motivated, and aligned with business objectives. Having control over all aspects related to ECI staff coverage. Acting as the direct link between ECI staff, the commercial department and the HR department.
3. Inventory Management: overseing merchandise movements and flows at the store, ensuring that an adequate stock level is maintained, and necessary orders are placed to meet demand.
4. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborating with the store employees to develop effective sales strategies that drive business growth and increase market share.
5. Performance Analysis: Evaluating the performance of each store based on key metrics. Identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans to address them.
6. Visual Merchandising Management: Implementation of the collection, product rotation within the space, reinforcement of cold/hot zones in the point of sale, monitoring and alignment of the visual presentation of all points of sale in the area.
7. Studies: University Degree
8. Prior experience: 2-3 years as Area Manager or Corner Store Manager in ECI.
9. Language Skills: high English level is mandarory (C1)
