    Affiliate Management · Madrid, Malta flexible remote (based in Malta, EU) · Fully Remote

    Affiliate Manager

    A Curacao-licensed iGaming operator with a massive focus on growth 2024 isexpanding its team to introduce new acquisition channels.
    Determined to set footprints on each market, our client is looking for an experienced Sportsbook and CasinoAffiliate Manager with active contacts in LATAM, Canada, and RoW.

    Role & Responsibilities :

    • Create, develop and maintain the affiliate platform infrastructure
    • Develop workflow to run in conjunction with other teams
    • Plan affiliate strategy and maintaincontinuous growth of active partner portfolio
    • Deliver toKPIs and to smash targets
    • Liaise with external stakeholders to source, expand, manage, and optimise relationships
    • Liaise with relevant teams to manage advertising creatives, affiliate newsletters, and other marketing materials
    • Accept ownership forbudget and cost control, including marketing spend and partner payments
    • Create and deliver analysis, performance reports, and "translate" to management team

    Education, Skills & Experience :

    • Degree in marketing, business management, or equivalent thereof
    • Excellent spoken and written English
    • Experienced (3+ years) with affiliate marketing within the igaming industry
    • Extensive network with"warm leads" / active affiliates for LATAM and emerging markets
    • Expert user ofaffiliate platforms (like Income Access,Netrefer, MyAffiliates or similar)
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Frequent user of online traffic performance software
    • Natural negotiator with strong business acumen
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills
    • Ability to lead and manage projects andcolleagues alike
    • Proven performance track record
    • Ability to travel internationally to represent the brand

    About this role:

    • Based in Madrid or Remotely
    • Excellent salary depending on experience
    • We will commence shortlisting for this role 14/05/2024
    • We will require 2 checkable references from within the past 5 years
