    Overview :

    Luzia, the fastest growing AI company in Europe, is looking for a highly skilled and action-oriented Android Developer to lead the Language Model Engineering team.

    Backed by Silicon Valley investors (Khosla Ventures, A*), Luzia aims to transform its conversational capabilities to unparalleled standards, using state-of-the-art large language models (LLMs) and alignment techniques.

    We are seeking a talented Mobile Developer with expertise in Kotlin for Android.

    Our intelligent personal assistant, leveraging the latest advancements in Language Learning Models (LLMs), already serves over 30 million users worldwide.

    Your role will make our native application the leading mobile Personal Intelligent Assistant platform in Latam, ensuring an exceptional user experience.

    ResponsibilitiesEvolve Luzia's native applications on the Android platforms to become the leading AI platform in LatamCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new features that utilize advancements in LLMs.

    Ensure optimization and efficiency of the applications across various devices.
    Troubleshoot technical issues and bugs to ensure a smooth user experience.
    Participate in UI/UX design processes to ensure the applications are intuitive and accessible.
    RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
    Solid experience in mobile application development with Kotlin for Android.
    Focus on consumer applications is a plus.
    Understanding of LLMs and their application in intelligent personal assistants.
    Experience working with APIs, databases, and cloud storage.
    Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt quickly to changes.
