What we expect
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and dynamic consultant to strengthen our team:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial industry, ideally credit risk topics

and/or to financial regulation and banking business topics

• Ideally, knowledge of operational tasks in the context of the development, validation

and/or management of credit risk models. Knowledge of current regulatory requirements

relating to the IRB approach would be a plus

• Strong analytical skills and interest in quantitative topics

environment

• Ability to work with coding languages (e.g. Excel, Python, SQL)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international team
• Ability to work independently and to quickly familiarise with new topics
• Ability to understand, independently structure and derive innovative solutions for complex

topics within short timeframes

• Fluent in English and in Spanish (incl. the ability to write professional reports). Knowledge

of German is also a plus

• Openness to travel, mainly within Europe
