Our Operations team is growing and we are looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis to work in our Headquarters in Barcelona.

Job Duties And Responsibilities:

Sets up Cost Control Procedure and the specific tool to follow the Budget costs and CAPEX followup.
Review cost of sales, partners and other suppliers costs.
Analysis of deviations by region and by area.
Monthly reporting for monitoring the OPEX budget vs actuals by region and areas.
Identifying revenue opportunities, efficiencies, and cost reductions across the business.
Preparation of the annual business budget with the input of the different teams and Rolling forecast.
Monthly closing, which involves the extraction and consolidation of data from different subsidiaries.
Analyze financial data, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights and recommendations to management for improving financial performance and decisionmaking.
Assists in the development of financial strategies and longterm financial planning to support the company's growth and objectives.
Support for the information and analysis needs of the business team.
Understanding how the business works to propose and prepare useful reports for management.
Communication with the different area teams.

Experience And Qualifications:

Degree in Business Administration and Management or similar.
Accustomed to working with ERP and BI Tools.
At least 5 years of experience in similar positions in MNCs or international fastgrowing startups.
Spanish fluent and English Advanced will be a plus.
Excel Advanced User (Functions/Formulas, Charts, Filters, PivotTables).
