Your Role in Shaping Our Online Presence:

As Riluxa's Social Media & Communication Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the organisation's social media presence, developing and implementing social media strategies, creating content, monitoring metrics, and communicating with audiences through various channels.

You will also manage relationships with influencers and stakeholders, and work to build brand awareness and engagement.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling and maintaining a content calendar
  • Actively engaging with our B2B and B2C communities across social media channels, in line with Riluxa's tone and voice
  • Actively gathering and tracking User-Generated Content (UGC)
  • Defining our community management strategy for Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Facebook, Houzz and possibly other channels
  • Manage and maintain relationships with influencers
  • Identifying new opportunities for deepening community engagement and implementing innovative digital marketing techniques on Instagram
  • Crafting Instagram copies that resonate with our audience
  • Creating content (posts, stories, reels, pins) for Instagram and Pinterest and other channels
  • Responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
  • Monitoring industry trends and community insights
  • Analysing social media/community performance, including key metrics and ROI, and adjusting social media tactics as needed to achieve goal

Requirements:


  • Degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
  • Nativelevel English and French skills
  • Experience with social media management tools (using Hootsuite or similar platforms), and content marketing (specifically Instagram & Pinterest)
  • Strong copywriting, editorial, proofreading, and content writing skills
  • Exceptional organisational and teamwork abilities
  • Experience in content creation (Reels, stories, etc.) using Canva or similar tools
  • Proven track record of building and growing Instagram accounts.

Interpersonal Skills:


  • Passion for Social Media (Instagram, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Cultural awareness and emotional intelligence
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative and solve problems independently

Nice-to-Have:


  • SEO experience
  • Proficiency in another European language (Ideally German or Dutch or Italian)
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Premiere, and other content creation tools
  • Experience in writing content for various channels such as newsletters and blog posts
  • Familiarity with Facebook, Houzz, Twitter, and YouTube
  • Interest in Interior Design
