As a Business Development Manager at Convera we'll be looking for you to approach business prospects on behalf of the company to attract new clients for our B2B division.


You will be responsible for:


  • Influencing everyone from the owner of a startup to the finance director or chief executive officer of a large, established corporation.
  • Consulting with them on their currency requirements, risk profile and payment solutions whilst progressing toward securing sustainable, profitable trading relationships.
  • Managing the full salescycle up to onboarding the new client.
  • Ambitious, selfmotivated, confident with high integrity and tenacity to outperform the competition.
  • Financially astute with knowledge of business needs and concerns and able to demonstrate success in new business sales in a dynamic environment consistently achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Deep understanding of consultative sales principles, adept at executive corporate level negotiations, and building longterm client relationships.
  • Knowledge of the Financial Services Industry, and especially the Foreign Exchange market.
  • Strong English language skills.
