About the Team:


The Mortgages Business Unit strives to simplify the home-buying journey in Spain through best-in-class technology and top-notch service, while also integrating it into the home-financing journey in a one-stop-shop approach.

Our end goal is to empower and serve all of the players in the home-buying ecosystem.


Responsibilities:


A Business Operations Manager at Huspy is in charge of being the enabler of the operations teams to perform more efficiently and better, in a scalable way through defined processes and tech.

This person will work directly with the General Manager of Mortgages, all the operations teams and CRM. She/he owns building tools, processes and analytics to empower local teams to hit business targets.

  • You will understand the needs of local teams to build the right tools, processes and analytics for them.
  • You love data it's your goto to drive decisionmaking and execution.
  • Think at scale you're here to build for the future of the team and the business.
  • Be a key POC for Central Product, CRM, Data and Tech teams and work closely with them to ensure we meet local goals.
  • You are really good in prioritization and pareto (80/20 rule) is your routine.
  • You value fast execution and knowledge of nocode tools (airtable, zapier, etc) is a plus.
  • You are hungry to learn new tools and technologies to empower your routine and our operation.
  • Drive continuous process improvement, standardization, simplification and reporting enhancements
  • Drive sales funnel optimization through implementing standard operating procedures, workflows, templates and training manuals

Requirements:


  • 5+ years of fulltime professional experience
  • Experience in building tech businesses, startups
  • Be Ops and Data-Driven to support your decisionmaking
  • Experience in defining and implementing processes for operation teams
  • A ninja using Google Sheets / Excel
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker or Data Studio as well as SQL skills are a plus
  • Cando attitude, bias for action and willingness to learn
  • Desire to build and learn in a fastpaced environment
  • Fluency in English

Nice to have:


  • Strategy consulting experience
  • Experience working with CRM (esp. Salesforce)
