Why this role mattersAs our
Channel Sales , you'll be at the heart of our mission to improve patient outcomes. You'll manage
indirect sales
in your territory and lead relationships with
distributors , ensuring our innovative solutions reach Operating Rooms, Critical Care, and Emergency Departments across public hospitals in Central and Northern Spain.
Lead the conversation:
Differentiate Mindray's offerings with compelling value propositions and solution-based proposals.
Own the territory:
Build and execute a strategic business plan, identify opportunities, and crush your sales targets.
Be the expert:
Act as the clinical, technical, and commercial authority for our products.
Drive growth:
Manage existing accounts, win new business, and close large, complex deals.
Collaborate & influence:
Engage decision-makers from departmental heads to the C-Suite, and energize internal and external teams.
Showcase innovation:
Deliver impactful presentations, product demos, and support clinical trials in collaboration with our internal and external teams.
Stay ahead:
Monitor market trends and competitive activity to keep Mindray at the forefront.
What We're Looking For
Proven success selling medical capital equipment (ideally Patient Monitoring & Life Support) into OR, Critical Care, and Emergency departments.
Experience managing distributor networks.
A strong track record of sales growth and business development.
Excellent negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
Independent, proactive, and results-driven.
Ability to work without sponsorship in Spain.
