Main Responsibilities:


  • Processing customer complaints
  • Supporting the quality stability program
  • Document control activities including reviewing and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), keeping all documentation, both electronic and hard copies, up to date
  • General Quality Management System administrative tasks
  • Supporting batch release activities
  • Supporting the site audit program
  • Assisting with supplier and raw material approvals
  • Data analysis, identification of trends and reporting on findings
  • Supporting the Quality Assurance area with any other duties as required

Skills & Abilities:


  • Strong administrative background
  • Excellent IT skills including confident using Microsoft word, excel and outlook
  • Excellent organizational skills with good attention to detail
  • Knowledge of English language, level B2/FCE preferable
  • Education & Experience: (University degree, work experience, industry, etc.)
  • Higher Technician in vocational training or university studies in basic sciences or related to the pharmaceutical and/or food sector.
  • External auditing qualification, or, attendance at a relevant course to be organized, if no qualification held at the time of initial appointment.
  • Experience of ISO 9001 and/or GFSI would be preferable, and experience of QPulse would be an advantage although not essential.
