_In this role, The Solution Consultant provides expert guidance to our clients on how to best implement and utilize Rapid Response to achieve sustained value. _
_Responsibilities_
_ _
_Work with client to brainstorm ideas and understand business requirements_
_ _
_Collaborate with the project team to design solutions and project plans to meet client needs_
_ _
_Configure RapidResponse according to the functionality of the customer's source systems_
_ _
_Resolve complex data and analytic configurations to ensure that the solution is producing the expected results_
_ _
_Integrate and customize RapidResponse to satisfy customer-specific processes and business requirements_
_ _
_Provide high levels of customer service_
_ _
_ _
_Qualifications __we seek in you_**:
_ _
_Minimum Qualifications _:
_Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, or other relevant work experience _
_Proven experience in supply chain management or with deep functional knowledge in at least one area of supply chain planning: i.e. operations, demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, logistics optimization, or supplier network optimization_

_Develop the RapidResponse resources (workbooks, worksheets, etc.) to provide the functionality._
_ _
_Preferred Qualifications_:
_ _
_Experience leading supply chain teams, training or projects; full project management experience preferred_
_ _
_Experience leading workshops in change management or other consulting methodologies_
_ _
_Knowledge of supply chain systems, processes and data, and business operations_
_ _
_Postgraduate certifications like APICS-CPIM, CSCP or similar supply chain certifications a plus_
_ _
_Experience in software implementation or functional enablement a plus_
_ _
_Analytical skills and a capacity to work with large data sets a plus_
_ _
_Exceptional drive, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and to immediately contribute in a team environment_

_An ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of client focus_
_ _
_Strong work ethic and high attention to detail, with a desire and demonstrated ability to learn self-directed_
