Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 24 years of patent experience within a law firm and/or corporate inhouse setting
  • Qualified or partly qualified European Patent Attorney and/or a national patent attorney
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to clearly, thoroughly and succinctly communicate complex ideas in English language
  • Proactive and consultative approach with strong ability to effectively prioritize multiple competing work requirements

Responsibilities:


  • Drafting of patents, opinions etc. or mandating outside resources for such tasks
  • Providing IP advice to the R&D teams, including product and process innovation
