- Developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications
- Screening resumes and conducting job and phone interviews
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
- Working closely with our clients in various industries, including aviation, finance, banking, automotive, social media, gaming, healthcare, retail & e-tail, travel, energy, and insurance.
- Fluency in Swedish (both verbal and written)
- Valid European Union passport
- Ability to work remotely
- Willingness to relocate for a mandatory 4-month training in Athens (expenses will be covered by the company)
- A monthly salary of 2000 euros plus bonuses
- Fully paid training in Athens, including flight ticket
