We are looking for an
IS/IT Product Owner to be part of our IT Marketing, Sales and eBusiness Department (MSE).

The role


As the product owner, you will collaborate with the global product manager to enhance our services for Shoppable Tech services.

This includes deploying, improving automations, development standards, and tool positioning.

You will play a key role in driving the product strategy and roadmap aligning it with customer needs and acting as the main point of contact for our vendors.

You will coordinate work between the different stakeholders and users of the Shoppable tech stream so that we get a cohesive product strategy and delivery.


What you'll do

  • Participate in the digital commerce delivery, being part of a squad, working with a product manager and stakeholders to define and prioritize product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to gather feedback, communicate progress, and address concerns or issues.
  • Act as an ambassador for the product, internally and externally, and serve as the primary contact for productrelated inquiries or issues, providing timely resolutions.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, user behavior, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and inform product decisions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management for continuous improvement.
  • Advocate for the product, promoting its value proposition and benefits to stakeholders.
  • Continuously gather and prioritize customer feedback to drive product enhancements and iterate on the product roadmap.
  • Manage an external group of Project Managers to ensure successful deployment, support, and coordination of the product.
  • Contribute to value delivery plans, aligning objectives with company needs, budget, and timeline, in coordination with product management, enterprise architecture, and business analysts.
  • Establish an Agileled, deliverablebased project plan, including resource allocation and integration.
  • Monitor and control the project, managing risks, budget, and daytoday activities of crossfunctional teams.
  • Consult & advise stakeholders on best practices and solutions to influence the success of potential projects.
  • Design business scenarios and use cases for the product mix, including product introduction, specification and the change management required to maximize its adoption/value.
  • Work with Business Stakeholder and vendors to define the minimum viable product (MVP) and roadmap that satisfies the business need.
  • Identify gaps in existing functionalities, options for improvement and opportunities for process automation.
  • Act as a Product Owner, collaborate with internal team and partners to deliver the product evolution roadmap to our endusers.
  • Benchmark eCommerce/ Shoppable Tech tools available on the market.
  • Collaborate with QA and Support Team to ensure delivery quality.
  • Providing expertise and consulting to Nestle brands on Shoppable Tech (Where to Buy) platforms, functionalities, tools, processes.
  • Develop prototypes or POCs for proving out new technology and validating usecases that the team considers important to our endstate architecture.
  • Liaise with the security team to consult on security requirements and processes.
  • Conduct internal compliance processes for Cloud Compliance, Vendor Management, Procurement

Minimum qualifications:


  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven track record in the eRetailing/Marketplace area, demonstrating expertise on either the IT or Business side.
  • Strong understanding of digital media, GA4 events, lower funnel campaigns, and audience targeting, either from the business or IT perspectives.
