    Akelarre - Restaurant & Hotel (Relais & Châteaux) is a 5-star hotel where Pedro Subijana enhances the experience of his iconic restaurant, awarded with 3 Michelin stars.

    A 5-star hotel with 22 rooms offering incredible views of the Bay of Biscay, fulfilling one of the prestigious chef's dreams to make the restaurant visit even more special. He took over the restaurant in 1975 and has maintained three Michelin stars since 2007.

    Regarding the gastronomic proposal, in addition to the three Michelin-starred restaurant, there is another option with the Oteiza Space, offering a set menu with Basque-rooted recipes based on product cuisine and a light menu at the bar area. It also has its own cellar.

    The hotel also features a 800m² Spa and Wellness area on its premises.
