IT Workplace is accountable and responsible of the management and innovation of an efficient IT Workplace Management for Generali Group Legal Entities working with GOSP s.r.l., including provisioning and management of standard workplace devices and infrastructures, Virtual Desktop & Application management, Mobile Device Management, Printing Service, Connectivity Smartphone and Tablets services.

The Workplace Endpoint Engineer is Responsible of the IT Workplace devices software provisioning and update via MS System Center, Intune - Autopilot − Client Operating System (OS) image, MS Office suite management e.g. driver management , standard software images required by Cyber Security, disk encryption. The Workplace Endpoint Engineer has to collaborate within the unit and with other workplace and Infrastructure Operations unit (e.g. O365, Server Management, Identity Management..) to define and manage the technical Group standards for the management of Laptop, Virtual Desktop, Printing services and Mobile Devices.

Main Tasks:

• Management of endpoints including laptops, desktops, W365/AVD using INTUNE (EntraID joined);

• Management of EntraID/Microsoft Active Directory Computer Policy and Intune Policy;

• Collaborate within the unit to support the Print Management infrastructure including the Printing Services Software solution;

• Monitoring, reporting, and 3rd level support of managed Workplace services using technical workplace Group standard and company tools;

• Project support with Workplace involvement (Spanish and International projects).

• App packaging and scripting

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in Workplace Management

• Required Spanish proficiency. Knowledge of Catalan is valued.

• Fluent English (at least CEFR B2, written/spoken).

• At least 1 Certification in the Workplace area (eg. Managing Windows Operating System)

Skills

• High Knowledge Workplace Operating System Windows OS and MacOS

• Knowledge of Active Directory Policy and basic Microsoft Services as DNS, DHCP and knowledge of Workplace security services as MBAM (disk encryption) and MS Bitlocker.

• Knowledge of MS Intune, Autopilot and EntraID

• Packaging apps for Intune deployment

• Microsoft Office suite usage (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

• Communication skills: solid verbal and written communication abilities to relate with people, provide reports, and generate implementation documentation.
