• As a Property Consultant at HusmanHagberg Costa Cálida, you'll be working closely with international and Spanish clients to help them achieve their dream of owning a home in Spain.
• You will have strong knowledge of the Costa Cálida region and its surrounding areas, as well as excellent communication skills to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
• The ideal candidate is someone who understands the market, has proven sales experience preferably within real estate or a similar customer-focused industry, speaks fluent English and Spanish both written and spoken
• Key responsibilities include meeting clients attending local events networking within the community selling properties managing your own sales performance achieving targets representing one of Scandinavia's most respected real estate agencies in Spain
