The Technical Project Coordinator will work closely with the architects and project managers, providing support in areas such as documentation, presentation materials, and scheduling.

In the Technical Project Coordinator role, you will expertly manage administrative and coordination tasks, enabling our architects and project managers to focus on their core responsibilities.

Your invaluable contributions streamline processes, driving Adamo's mission to close the digital divide and shape Spain's connectivity future.


Key Responsibilities Includes:


  • Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation, such as architectural diagrams, design specifications, and project plans.
  • Develop and maintain presentation materials, including slides, visuals, and handouts, to support team members during meetings and client presentations.
  • Coordinate and manage project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met, and relevant stakeholders are informed of progress and changes.
  • Organise and maintain team resources, including shared drives, software licences, and inventory of equipment.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and other events, including arranging for conference rooms, equipment, and refreshments.
  • Take meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up on deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Assist in onboarding new team members, including setting up accounts, providing orientation materials, and coordinating training sessions.
  • Act as a liaison between the Digital Transformation and Solutions team and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor project budgets, and track and report on expenses, as needed.
  • Perform other administrative and support tasks as needed to ensure the success of the team.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Prior experience in a project coordination or administrative support role, preferably within an IT setting.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well within a team and with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar, project management tools, and collaboration platforms.
  • Familiarity with IT concepts, terminology, and best practices.
  • Detailoriented, with strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • A proactive approach to work, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
