    Global Demand Planning Prestige Director

    BCN hub

    Purpose

    In close collaboration with Initiatives Leaders, Demand & Supply Teams, the Global Demand Planner (GDP) Prestige Giftsets (GS) is responsible of demand management for GS biannual campaigns. On top, he will take over key transversal responsibilities to leverage the end-to-end operational execution within Coty Supply Chain such as Launch Monitoring and Catalogue Management.

    Key Responsibilities

    GIFTSETS DEMAND MANAGEMENT

    *Lead giftset offering Prometheus process (incl. 1st and 2nd close): ICW + opening/closure support

    *Review phasing vs ICW

    *Monitor Red Alerts + Quota

    *Track giftset shipment vs. forecast progression

    *Monitor giftset performance

    *Build/share the postmortem analysis by campaign and recommend key interventions

    *Prepare Demand tracker & VAR tracker for S&OP

    *Phasing and load operational forecast in O9 (Wave 0, 1 and 2) + analysis for each milestone

    *Manage NS-OSP (increase/decrease) to be incorporated within future O9 GOAL process handled by Supply Planning hub

    LAUNCH MONITORING

    * Top/Other Innovations: monitor demand evolution Weekly/Monthly + communication to Supply, LCM and GDP Teams

    * Prepare Global launch monitoring slides for S&OP

    * Monitor first innovation results (sell-in/sell out) and validate forecast reasonability by BU accordingly

    * Monitor and escalate forecast from ICW-3 to ICW+6

    * Monitor market vs central forecasts according to the launch scenario validated

    * Ensure market forecast is postponed reflecting new ICW/OCD plans

    CATALOGUE MANAGEMENT

    * Run yearly/bi-yearly analysis for on-going portfolio optimizations supporting discontinuation proposals and Marketing Value Analysis (MVA) collaborating with multi-functional team

    * Update and maintain Lifecycle attributes in PIM (Product Information Mgt)

    * Monitor decomplexification and SKU productivity execution

    * Ensure data reliability (completeness, consistency) in PIM
