For our credit collection team in Palma we are looking for a Junior accounts receivable clerk, fluent in English.

We are looking for a person who is flexible and who is used to work in a fast-paced and international environment.


Main responsibilities:


  • Processing the payments into the system and solving the differences.
  • Claim outstanding balances to customers
  • Coordination of the information flow internally and with the customers.
  • Preparation of regular reports and other adhoc reports in excel.
  • Degree in accounting / business administration or equal with 1 or 2 years experience in Accounts Receivable Department.
  • Languages: English (mandatory high level), Spanish (desirable), other languages are welcome (especially German).
  • IT affinity and a very good knowledge of Excel; the knowledge of Navision/SAP will be highly appreciated.
  • Good understanding of the accounts receivable process and collection procedures.
