About your role

Descripcion:


  • Recepción y emisión de llamadas
  • Tareas de backoffice y reporte.
  • Alimentación de nuestra BD
  • Informar a la persona responsable ante la detección de incidencias.

Horario:


  • Rotativos de lunes a domingo en turnos rotativos.

About you

Experiência:

-
Mínimo un año de experiência en contact center.

  • Buen nível de ofimática
  • Perfil atención al cliente excelente
  • Valorable experiência en medios de pago físicos

Skills:

-
Conocimientos demostrables de herramientas informáticas (correo electrónico /Office...)

  • Excelentes habilidades comunicativas avanzadas.
  • Agilidad mental
  • Resolutivo/a
  • Valorable conocimientos de idiomas
