    What you'll do:

    • Lead and organize all aspects of the product development cycle, from discovery over requirement engineering to delivery and releases.
    • Establish key processes within the Product team and in connection with other teams and our clients.
    • Maintain, prioritize, and update product roadmap in close cooperation with key commercial and technical stakeholders.
    • Define KPIs for the functional success of the product, together with stakeholders, lead their implementation, and continuously focus the development teams towards them .
    • Steer the process that commercial teams are provided with high-quality product marketing input to showcase Buynomics' capabilities and benefits in the best way possible.
    • Build and lead a team of world-class product managers and designers.
    • Collaborate with the management on the product vision and strategy and steer processes and actions to implement them.
    • Closely cooperate with the leads of our commercial teams on discovery, and with the PMs, Designers, Engineering Managers, and Tech Leads on delivery.
    • Become an expert in modern revenue management so that you can communicate with Director-level clients on new features and with Junior Developers on concrete feature implementation.
    • Develop an end-to-end Product understanding, from data ingestion to developed end-user features

    What you'll need:

    • 4+ years of experience in a product role in high-performance contexts, with at least two years of experience in a role with people management responsibility
    • Experience in growth-stage startups and enterprise SaaS
    • Strong stakeholder management facilitating effective and efficient communication both with senior management and junior developers
    • High degree of motivation and ownership, with the power and mindset to strive for excellence in a high-growth setting with ambiguities and business pressure, and the willingness to get the hands dirty on all levels
    • Strong conceptual abilities with a good understanding of business requirements
    • Data-driven mindset and curiosity about revenue management, data science and engineering (any deeper technical background is a plus)
    • Very good verbal and written English (German is a plus)
