The Project Manager is the single point of accountability to the CTO and Engineering Director for operational effectiveness across the Group and its various entities and between Group entities and business partners. This includes designing and implementing for accuracy of data, simplicity and speed of process execution, integration of ways of working, accumulation and exploitation of best practice,timeliness of decision-making and ultimately, market agility and impact.

The Project manager leads the engineering process during design, equipment fabrication and delivery, solutions implementation and on-site supervision, commissioning, and start-up.

Will also manage engineering resources and strategic operating models, prioritisation of implementation and operational changes.


Accountabilities

• Project objectives and definitions
• Project resources and schedule: (build plan for delivery of projects outcomes).
• Project costs and margin assurance
• Project updates, adjustments, and progress
• Manage contracts with vendors and supplier
• Identify areas for improvement:
• Pipeline management. To support efficient and effective management of the company

project pipeline...

• Client/Contractor relationship management. To support efficient and effective

management of partners relationships (go-to-market, development, delivery partners,

et al.).

• Quality management system. Company QMS certifications like ISO9001 to drive

consistent standards across the organization.

• Internal multiple project coordination

Key interfaces
For the Project management, the following interfaces are key:

• Engineering Director. accountable to the Board and shareholders for EQTEC Group strategy,

plans, priorities, and investment....


Skills & experience
We are seeking to hire an experienced Engineer that can evolve into a Project Manager role.

Our idea is that the PM will get involved on our "standard" project, not just acting as PM but taking responsibility of one of the areas of the project during the engineering phase (it could be Mechanical,

Elect. Process, Civil, etc...).

Salario: 50.000,00€-55.000,00€ al año
