Consumer Healthcare is becoming a standalone division within Sanofi in order to become a faster moving, consumer and customer centric business as part of project CHLOE (Consumer HealthCare Lead Optimize Empower).

This business and IT transformation will entail a standalone ERP, Financial, Systems, Regulatory and People.


Global Digital Team. The team is charged with accelerating the shift to precision marketing and to e-commerce sales, scaling best-in-class data driven decision making tools, capturing new opportunities in the digital health space and uphauling disjointed commercial systems. T
_his _team leverages both dedicated expertise internally at Sanofi, and delivery and deployment partners. It builds products, runs service / outsourcing contracts, and develops centers of excellence in technology and digital.


IShift. IShift is the new generation of SAP S4/ HANA, with one common framework across Sanofi BUs and geographies replacing JDEdwards in the US, OEP and unity in all other geographies.


JOB PURPOSE

  • The CHC Data Engineer position reports to Head of Data Governance and Master Data in CHC business unit in Sanofi
  • The Data Quality & Cataloging Expert role is responsible for working in CHC business unit across all functions to implement and manage platformbased support as the Data Quality platform (Informatica IDQ) gets rolled out in the CHC Organization
  • This position requires profound experience of Informatica technologies for Data Quality operationalization
  • This role will work with vendors and contractors, and lead the development of business and technical requirements, monitor endtoend development lifecycle such as UT, FUT, SIT and conduct UAT
  • The role will be responsible for providing detailed guidance on running data analysis, data profiling, data validation, data cleansing, data standardization, data quality scorecards, integrating sources for running quality checks as well as developing scripts to perform data analysis on the platform as required
  • The Data Quality & Cataloging Expert will work closely with Data Domain Stewards, Data Governance and the broader Data + Analytics team to ensure any technical solution related best practices and guidance is available as programs with focus on data are being rolled out as per the established program charter

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Manage data quality technical rollouts to program teams from a platform usage & functional coverage standpoint
  • Lead DQ projects as a Lead SME to deliver core DQ objectives as per defined DQ framework
  • Manage a team of internal and external data quality resources and ensure deliverables are met
  • Create functional use cases on the platform and develop standards of maintaining DQ rules in the platform
  • Provide design guidance IDQ mapplets and rules for deploying data quality validation checks and bring up scorecards
  • Provide expertise in all aspects of data quality including profiling, validation, standardization, error handling and data cleansing using IDQ (v10.x)
  • Ensure data models, data architecture, data mapping and data dictionary are being used to develop IDQ rules as applicable
  • Assess and recommend IDQ design for individual project tracks
  • Perform Data Analysis using IDQ as applicable
  • Share Enterprise Logical (executable) DQ rules in the form of Mapplets and use CDO's & LDO's to run data analysis
  • Implement DQ Scorecards for data validation across chosen dimensions of DQ
  • Run validation checks and help in formulating dimensional comparisons
  • Work in collaboration with IT and Security teams standards & capabilities. Provide support on how data governance should address as part of platform maintenance
  • Communicate regularly with program teams and stewards to make necessary design reviews on the platform as needed
  • Share DQ technology best practices and performance optimization methods as applicable
  • Provide best practice for designing DQ Dashboards using Power BI or Tableau
  • Ensure that data is managed in compliance with applicable quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, GxP, SOX, etc.) and cybersecurity requirement


7+ years or more experience in Digital, 3+ years' experience in Master Data Management and Data Quality Experience of Master Data Management and DQ, preferably in FMCG Experience in IICS and Informatica IDQ Enterprise software deployment (design, build, integration, migration, go live, core model) Agile ways of working and large projects phased delivery Data & Business intelligence domain and software experience is a plus Experienced in Informatica IDQ Working knowledge of Interfacing heterogeneous systems and data sources Working knowledge of Snowflake, DataBricks, Python/R, Tableau, Power BI Working knowledge of Layer 7, Tibco and Apigee Working knowledge of procuring data from ERPs (SAP, JDE, etc.)
