Founded in 2013 in a garage in France, BNZSA moved to south of Madrid a year thereafter. In Madrid, 3 employees began working. 8 years later, we are over 400 employees from 47 different countries. In those 8 years, we have managed to outgrow 4 different offices.
The Mission
We are looking for an Office Management Assistant for the new office in Las Rozas.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Call reception
- Coordinate courier deliveries
- Attention of visitors and clients
- Coordinate daytoday operations
- Control of entries and exists of employees
- Delivery of all core front of house services
- Greet, assist, and direct new hires
- Proactively contribute to maintain the highest standards of presentation
- Excellent people skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism at all times
- Continual awareness of all onsite events
- Support other departments
- Develop and coordinate everyday events
- Assist with the maintenance of the building and its commissioning
- Assure the correct functionality of everything related to the office
- High level written and oral in English and Spanish
- Demonstrable experience in office automation (office package)
- Communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and work constructively
- Problem solving personality
- Dynamic
- Previous experience/similar experience
- Indefinite contract

Salary: 16,000.00€ - 19,000.00€ per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
Las Rozas de Madrid, M: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
